  If you know your stuff and want something in stock, great...if you want to ask a question, ask the nearest wall or seagull or toddler,. They'd be more helpful than the bulk of the staff. Wanted couch, said it would take 3 weeks. Couch took 3 months. After 2 months asked for deposit back, told non refundable. Asked to have delivery fee waived, told not possible to cancel delivery or fee. Had couch delivered finally...in a box and they do not provide a service to assemble. Should have cut down a tree and made my own fkn couch

  Looking for a new couch tonight... sat in the shop for at least 15 mins... two or three other people in the shop... not ONE employee approached us to ask if we needed help and there had to be at least 6 of them... one guy was like 5 mtrs away from us and pretending what was on his screen was more important then serving us...
  Don't judge a book by it's cover people...
  Worst bloody service I've had in a while...
  Sharpen up on your customer skills Harvey Norman...
